Dallas Liu is an American actor and martial artist. He played Ruihua in the film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and has also appeared in the films Tekken (2009) and Underdog Kids, and on the shows Legendary Dudas, The Who Was? Show, PEN15, No Good Nick, and Players.

He practices Japanese Shotokan, and competed in the North American Sport Karate Association. He was raised in the San Gabriel Valley, California.
